In this report, we suggest an evaluation system of the heat environmental load by taking into account temperature influence. (i) By using numerical model, we exmined the sensitivity of changing outdoor air temperature near the ground level caused by the heat environmental load. (ii) Then, we calculated a weighting coefficient, which describes the influence of heat load exhausted under various conditions upon outdoor air temperature. (iii)We also suggested the concept of "stay rate", and considered the change in the weighting coefficient. (iv) In addition, we examined the exhaust scale and addition of elements that influence the evaluation system.

The objectives of this study are to establish a simple method for quantifying the environmental thermal loads generated by construction and building as well as energy consuming systems, and to establish an environmental thermal load evaluation method taking into account differences in thermal load diffusion caused by such things as thermal load generation time and discharge positions. In this paper, the necessity for the new evaluation method was discussed and environmental thermal loads evaluation method that is weighted by the temperature impact was established. To make a database for the weighted value, a three-dimensional urban thermal environmental evaluation model is used.

The water spraying device set up in air-conditioning outdoor machine decreases the condensing pressure of the compressor by the effect of the evaporation cooling of the water. As a result, it induces some effects - the high-pressure cutting prevention, the improvement in efficiency, and the energy conservation at the peak cooling load. In this article, by the measurement in the operating state, the effect of energy conservation of the air source heat pump chiller by water spraying is verified. Moreover, the influence that difference of method and water volume give to efficiency of water spraying is verified.

In this paper, the method we proposed before was progressed to consider effects of buildings on temperature, radiation and wind. Moreover, by applying the method, influence of temperature, radiation and wind varied by buildings on cross ventilation and air conditioning energy consumption in a residential house was estimated. The results suggest that cross ventilation duration is influenced by fall in temperature in daytime and by intensification of nocturnal radiation in nighttime; air conditioning energy consumption is influenced by reduction of infiltration all day.

In this report, we estimates the potential of heat island mitigation strategies in Keihanshin district area by using numerical model. As a result, it is found that heat load reduction of an artificial exhaust heat origin is effective at night and that of an earth surface origin is effective during daytime. Furthermore, we examined how the heat load changes when evaluate with the weighted environmental heat load method which is explained in report NO.2. Quantity of heat mitigation load was evaluated to be large when the influence of temperature is strong. Thus, weighted heat load evaluation was shown to be useful as an index to describe the influence of temperature.

In this paper, we constructed a simple evaluation method which calculates convective sensible heat from building or ground and anthropogenic sensible heat by using numerical model. The convective heat is calculated from the database of town strict (ie town layout, building density, building height, building reflectivity). The anthropogenic heat is calculated from energy consumption basic unit data. We also evaluated the effect of each heat island strategy on buildings by using the simple evaluation method. Then, we examined how the heat load changes when evaluate with weighted environmental heat load method which is explained in report NO.2.
