Study on three-dimensional topographic survey and display system for management of dams

In order to recognize the volume and situation of hazard areas soon when natural disasters occur, we have been developing precise digital mapping system for management of the hazards. The management system consist of the three-dimensional precise topographic survey and modeling system. The precise survey system using airplane photogrammetry and GPS has the advantages of precision of 10cm in the vast area of square of 150 km. The coordinates, distances and sectional profiles at arbitrary points can be measured accurately on the three-dimensional display by using the three-dimensional modeling technology. This paper reports the study of application of the system we have developed to management of dams and demonstrates that the system is useful for getting various data for management of dams.

The ground surfaces covered by conventional asphalt pavements prevent rainfall from infiltrating into ground. The impervious surface structures do not cause flood flow by an increase of rainfall outflow into rivers and sewers, but also make urban heat environments worse by a decrease of latent heat. A permeable pavement, which has the ability to re-naturalize urban water balance, has been expected to improve the urban thermal and water environments. This study reports the effects of permeable pavements on control of flood flow and heat island phenomenon by experimental evaluation using a permeable pavement model.

In this paper, the mechanical behavior of inclined jointed rock masses during tunneling is considered. Such rock masses can be considered as an assembly of discrete blocks with the discontinuities having a significant influence on the mechanical behavior. To simulate this situation, a discrete numerical analysis method, Discontinuous Deformation Analysis (DDA), is applied. The DDA results show the existence of stress arching in the rock masses during tunneling. This stress arching is the primary influence on the stress distribution and surface subsidence. In addition, the stress arching is affected by the dip angle of the jointed rock masses. Moreover, the DDA results are in good agreement with experiments, explaining the reason for the asymmetrical vertical stress and surface subsidence obtained in laboratory tests. These results suggest that DDA can be applied to model the tunneling behavior of complicated discontinuous rock masses. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

本研究では,応力が作用した際の岩盤単一不連続面の透水特性とその変化の解明を目的とし,垂直応力一定透水試験および垂直応力一定せん断透水試験を行った.これらの透水試験によって得られたデータから,(1)不連続面の表面凹凸形状,(2)不連続面に作用する垂直応力が透水特性に与える影響を整理した.また,透水量係数と力学的開口幅の関係について検討し,不連続面内のミクロな構造が不連続面のマクロな透水特性に大きく影響を与えることを示した.さらに,垂直応力一定せん断トレーサー試験を行い,せん断に伴う不連続面内の流速の変化を考察し,せん断変位の増加とともにチャンネリングが発達することを示した.

本研究は、多孔質弾性論による弾性波速度と周波数の関係より導かれる分散周波数と透水係数の関係式を用いて、花崗岩により構成される岩盤に対する直接的な透水性分布評価手法の確立を目的としている。この関係式中に現れる弾性波透過方向に直交する方向への流体の平均移動距離を表わすパラメータは亀裂の平均開口幅に関係するということを室内試験により示し、関係式からそのパラメータの決定方法を確立することにより、周波数を制御した弾性波測定による透水性分布評価手法を確立した。そして最後にその透水性分布評価手法の現場への適用について実際の現場をモデルに用いて検討を行った。

不連続変形法(DDA)を落石挙動のシミュレーションに適用するにあたり,剛体球を導入することにより,落石の三次元挙動の解析を可能にするコード開発を行ってきた.剛体球要素を導入することにより,ブロック同士の接触判定を簡略化することが可能となる.本手法を落石解析に適用するにあたり衝突時のエネルギー損失をモデル化する必要があり,速度エネルギー比と呼ばれるパラメータを用いて衝突時のエネルギー損失を評価することを可能とした.本論文では,DDAの三次元化のための数値解析法,三次元DDAを落石解析に適用するための手法,及び落石現象への適用性について述べる.

土木構造物の老朽化に伴い維持管理費が急増する傾向にある現在,効果的アセットマネジメント技術の導入が急務となっている.トンネルにおける維持管理手法は点検・調査を基本として現況の健全性を診断し,必要な対策を選定するというものであるが,適切な対策時期の決定法は未だ研究途上にある.本研究では覆工のひび割れによる性能のジャンプダウンの表現に適しているポアソン過程を用いることで確率的に表現するモデルに改良している.そして,点検間隔および修繕を行う臨界健全度によって,補修のタイミング・優先順位等を制御する意思決定モデルを構築する手法を提案するとともに,実際のトンネルに適用した結果について述べるものである.

現在にいたるまでの高度成長を背景に、都市部を中心に道路網が整備され、以前には表面が土や森林に覆われていた土地が、現在ではさらにアスファルトの舗装に覆われているケースが少なくない。この人工的な被覆面がヒートアイランド現象の原因の一つとして問題視されている。<br>本研究では透水性舗装が都市の環境改善にどのように効果があるかをみるために、透水性舗装からの蒸発に注目し、これを計測する手法の検証を行なったあと、水分を含んだ透水性舗装が、水分が無く乾燥した状態の舗装と比較してどの程度温度が低くなるかを室内実験で検証する。

道路法面のモニタリング技術として、デジタル精密写真測量による3次元地盤視覚化技術を開発した。デジタル精密写真測量は、300枚以上の反射ターゲットを市販デジタルカメラで任意の位置から数十枚撮影し、バンドル調整計算を行うことによって、ターゲットの3次元座標を求めることができる。現行の道路法面点検作業に本技術を組み込むことにより、目視点検の代替としてより客観的データを提供できる上に、重点監視対象法面等に対しては、広範囲で詳細な3次元変位を取得し、変位を視覚化することが可能である。論文では、道路法面のメンテナンスの段階を3段階に分けて、要求される精度と評価の手法について比較研究した結果をまとめた。
