    第2期スポーツ基本計画において、総合型地域スポーツクラブ（以下、総合型クラブ）の質的充実が掲げられ、総合型クラブの登録制度や運動部活動の地域スポーツ連携強化など、地域スポーツを取り巻く環境が大きく変わろうとしている。しかし、人口減少社会の中、市町村行政の財源も限られている。限られたスポーツ関連予算をもとにスポーツ推進を図っていくためには、地域住民の自助・共助のスポーツ活動に合わせ、市町村行政による適切な支援が必須であろう。そこで本研究では、市町村行政における地域スポーツ団体への支援状況について明らかにすることを目的とする。各スポーツ行政担当課（A県内27市町村）を対象に、「スポーツ振興の現状について」「スポーツ関係団体への支援状況について」「総合型地域スポーツクラブについて」に関する質問紙調査を行った。回答数は、23市町村（回答率85.1%）である。結果、住民の運動・スポーツ環境の把握方法については、13市町村が実施しておらず、スポーツ団体の会員数やスポーツ大会等の参加者数を基準としていた。地域スポーツ団体に対する支援状況は、総合型クラブに対する支援が顕著に低い結果であった。

    スポーツは様々な機能が期待されている。後藤（2012）は、スポーツは生活者同士の相互認識が可能な範域を有する際に社会形成的な役割を担うと指摘している。しかし、具体的な範域について理解されておらず、地域スポーツクラブは、どのように活動範囲を選定すればよいのだろうか。常浦・高岡（2016）は、生活者自らが生活環境をスポーツ環境として意味づけることで運動生活を充足したものとして主体的に認識していることを実証した。これはスポーツ環境の認識が生活者の意味づけ方に影響されることを示唆している。ところで、今後、新規の物的資源を投入し続けることは難しい。有限であるスポーツ環境にて、スポーツ推進に取組むことは、スポーツ生活の立場から経営体や事業展開を考究するスポーツ経営の喫緊課題である。生活者が意味づけたスポーツ環境は、どのような生活環境の範囲化で生じており、その生活者に対し、どのような働きかけが有効なのかについて理解していく必要があろう。そこで本研究では、異なる地域スポーツクラブを対象とし、会員や運営者が捉えるスポーツ環境を紐解き、実際のスポーツクラブの事業展開との関係からクラブ範域を明らかにする。

    高齢・過疎化が進む中、運動・スポーツを支える人材を確保していくことは喫緊の課題である。しかし、運動・スポーツを支える生活者の情況は、価値観や生活スタイルの多様化、地域にて求められる様々な役割を重複して担っているなど複雑化している。地域スポーツクラブに着目すると、プレイヤーとしては競技未経験であるものの、わが子のクラブ加入を契機にかかわりをもつ者は少なくない。このような保護者がもつ促進条件について理解していくことは、地域スポーツにおける人材資源のマネジメントにかかわる研究課題である。そこで本研究では、保護者として地域スポーツクラブとのかかわりを持ったのちにスポーツ指導者へと変容した4名を研究対象とする。地域スポーツクラブとかかわり始めた期間からわが子卒団後もクラブとかかわっていた期間に生じた促進・抵抗条件について半構造化インタビュー調査を行った。その結果、自身の立場を保護者やクラブスタッフ、地域住民といった様々な立場を意識しながら、地域スポーツクラブとのかかわりを継続している様相が明らかになった。サービスを受け取る側が供給する側にジャンプアップするための知見が得られたと考える。

    As part of the current requirements for school-based management, there is a demand for the simultaneous attainment of homogenization and spontaneous improvement of physical education lessons in individual schools. Conducting lessons is an individual task based on the teacher's knowledge. Thus, in order to attain both the homogenization and spontaneous improvement of physical education lessons, it is necessary to ensure individuality and variety in lesson contents. This management challenge can be recast as the challenge of simultaneously improving the commonality and modifiability of knowledge in regard to physical education lessons. Against the background of school management reforms, research on school organization has recently attracted attention, particularly with respect to the management of knowledge. The present study aimed to identify communication strategies that are effective in simultaneously improving the commonality and modifiability of knowledge in regard to physical education lessons. Participating physical education departments were selected at random from half of the total number of Japanese public junior and senior high schools with ≥480 and ≥520 students, respectively, and all junior and senior high schools affiliated with a national university(junior high schools, 982; senior high schools, 932; total, 1914). All participating schools had ≥3 staff members. The following two findings were obtained from the results of the analysis: 1) All of the communication strategies (socialization, externalization, combination and linking with external information) are necessary in order to simultaneously attain sharing and updating of knowledge. 2) Differences were observed in the communication strategy for sharing knowledge in physical education departments in which sharing and updating of knowledge were not concurrently established. These differences were based on the level of knowledge abstractness. Linking with external information is important for highly abstract knowledge and all communication strategies are important for moderately abstract knowledge. Conversely, minimally abstract knowledge is not affected by communication strategy.

    Many arguments about leadership in organization of physical education have been made. But only a little has been mentioned about studies on communication and interaction in a group of teachers or function of leader's behavior in communication-field . And there still remains a wide unexplored domain of a process of PE service producing. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to explain the character of communication-field leader's utterances, and to show the picture of sharing the sense of value for PE teaching. The two sub assignment were 1)to classify the communication-field leader's utterances and to clarify those characteristics in a group of teachers that they shared the sense of value for PE teaching, and 2)to make analysis of the utterance of leader through classification and to show the picture of sharing the knowledge through observing in communication-field. From this research, utterance of leader was classified as follows^ l)to state (a)with bases, (b)without bases, 2)to reform (a)to reform with bases, (b)to reform without bases, 3)to ask question (a)for taking opinion of followers, (b)to convince followers, (c)to pose questions, 4)to specify, 5)to agree, 6)to object, 7)to inform, 8)to decide, 9)to request affairs, 10)to order affairs, ll)to inform affairs, 12)to chair, 13)others. Major findings were summarized as follows: 1. Leader showed the sense of value for PE teaching through perpetual statements, reforming, and agreement. And leader's sense of value was accumulated as each teacher's tacit knowledge. 2. Teacher's sense of value for PE teaching as tacit knowledge wasn't changed into explicit knowledge. In case group, difference between each teacher's tacit knowledge is kept small, but that obstructs renewal of sense of value. The category of communication-field leader in this research will become more accurate through more case studies and theoretical examinations. A causal relationship between communication as a process of PE service producing and outcome of management will be clarified through quantitative analysis.

    In this research, I conducted an interview survey and work observations on ' demonstrated competency' to club managers at community sports clubs. I discovered these competencies, (1) team building (5 items), (2) promoting dialogue (4 items), (3) presenting ideas (4 items), (4) decision making (3 items), (5) human resource procurement (3 (2 items), (6) Human resource development (3 items), (7) administrative execution (2 items), and (8) support for business performance (2 items). However, the results of confirmatory factor analysis did not have sufficient explanatory power as a measurement scale.

    This study was to understand the uniqueness of the social network to understand the social network of members and non-social network of members of the community sports club, was in the node community sports club.
    As a result, the network specific, there is a feature where you spread beyond the administrative boundaries, the network of life within which the node a local sports club, that it overlaps the network of community life is evident in community sports club it became.
    From the findings of these, the social value of community sports, and have the ability to configure the network of more than living area, be a place where network of community life of various overlap revealed.
