    本論文では,これからの教師の学びの在り方を明らかにしたうえで,教師の学びを保障する場やその特質について考察する。具体的には,まず,近年の教員政策のなかで求められる教師像をもとに,教師の学びがどのように意味づけられるかを明らかにする。そのうえで,既存の教師の学びの場である教育委員会等が企画運営する研修,教職大学院,各学校で行われる校内研修等との比較により,(独)教職員支援機構岡山大学センターが構想する研修プログラムの特色を描出し,教職員の学びが深化するためのしくみを構築することの必要性と重要性を指摘したい。と同時に,教職員の学びの成果を可視化していくためには,研修プログラムに対するアウトカム重視の評価の開発が求められる。この点については今後の課題とする。
    This paper discusses the issues related to school teachers and staff development towards the future, including matters that how they gradually secure their learning opportunities in each stage of their careers and experiences and how university centers systematically ensure them professional development training programs. NITS Okayama Center has started to provide several training programs, in novelty and requirement distinguished from others: programs by local public bodies, local schools and teaching profession graduate schools. Through an inspection of our pilot programs, we basically point out that, first, the necessity to construct a system of making school teachers and staff’s learning process and outcome visible, and second, the importance to improve an evaluation method for training programs and to design that as an outcome model.

    There is a problem that elementary school children can hesitate about using toilets at school. We consider it critical that school toilets fulfill their original role as a place for excretion and as a comfortable place for elementary school children.
    The purpose of our study was to evaluate health guidance aimed at facilitating the understanding of bowel habits and the role of toilets. We provided health guidance to third and fourth year elementary school students. The purpose of the health guidance was for children to recognize that bowel movements and toileting were important for their own health and that of those around them. Children were surveyed through a questionnaire in order to evaluate the health guidance.
    Of the children who answered that they thought that school toilets “are important,” the proportion of those who answered “strongly agree” increased from 65.4% before guidance to 86.4% after guidance.
    The results indicated that this health guidance was successful to a certain extent.

    Simulation training on the map was usually an effective method for training for crisis management under school management. The process by which participants understand the goals and issues and introduce them for debriefing through the introduction will be better understood, which will also help raise awareness of crisis management.However, in order for the crisis management system to be usable, there is a step of ①technology provision, ②group work, ③simulation training on the map, ④practical simulation training.     In this study, we developed and structured a master's level model and education program of Yogo teachers , as well as a typical program, aimed at the development and evaluation of a model training program. As a result, we were able to propose a structured plan of a master's level model and education program for Yogo teachers . We developed a model training program about the representative programs such as physical assessment and the case method. Through these the effects on each age-group became clear.

    The advice which observed the present post training program and maneuvered by 2 stages of the case development, and is after that was important to the practice power in the first aid disposal and acquisition of a confidence. The contents which made the practice power of ko the center were a basis for the present post training program. Next I maneuvered using Emergo Train System(ETS) using student's experience and imitation case by a schoolteaching practice of education education. As a result, it became possible to estimate own experience objectively. Vicarious experience could influence the practice power and last to the angle of the cooperation in the school an imitation case's can practice a serious illness example. The program which leads to the respective judgement in conformity with needs and acquisition of ability to respond could be built in the present post and education education from the above, and it was possible to get an outcome of this research.

    "Yogo-diagnosis" is a practice used to identify and define student health issues typically encountered by school healthcare teachers (hereafter, yogo teacher).These diagnoses should be based on scientific evidence in order to provide effective support for addressing health problems. However, most student health issues that have been increasingly observed in recent years do not yet have official consensus-based definitions ( such as medical diagnosis). This has therefore delayed the development and systematization of Yogo diagnosis. We conducted a survey of yogo teachers at 3800 randomly-selected schools comprising 10% of Japan's elementary, junior high, and high schools, to investigate the nature and incidence of student psychological and health issues. Using the Delphi method, we defined and diagnosed 78 health issues identified by the survey, and proposed a set of criteria to aid Yogo-diagnosis based on our findings.

    For yogo teachers, acquiring the knowledge and techniques to carry out physical assessment expertly is an absolute necessity. The object of this research was to develop a physical assessment education program suitable for yogo teacher training courses and training courses for in-service yogo teachers. This was achieved via a three-pronged approach: 1. A survey of faculty at yogo teacher training colleges regarding the physical assessment education of students (comparisons between education, interdisciplinary, and nursing departments); 2. An evaluation of a physical assessment education program for yogo teachers, using simulated cases; 3. An evaluation of a physical assessment education program for yogo teachers in which it is observed how easily children can complain of headaches to students of a Yogo Teacher Training Course.

    The school first aid organization based on the evidence of emergency medicine was built, and the school first aid check sheet which gave the triage function was created. First, the present condition of a school accident has been grasped and the questionnaire of the enforcement degree, the degree of required, and the degree of confidence of analysis of the school accident by a judicial precedent and the observation item of the check sheet created by this research to Yogo teacher was carried out.
    Furthermore, it tried in order to raise the accuracy of a check sheet, and sensitivity and the degree of singularity were checked, and the method utilizable by practice was built. The degree of satisfaction of the study session held based on the result was a high result.

    The purpose of this study is to develop the Yogo diagnosis. We found out he Yogo diagnosis of "probability situation of the existence of children's mental problem" and estimate the validity of it. The research of development stage was conducted on Yogo teachers and teachers by group interviews , This study makes it clear that the clue of the Yogo diagnosis of "Probability situation of the existence of children's mental problems" has 11 viewpoints. From this research, regular teachers and Yogo teachers have common viewpoints as well as different viewpoints reflecting their type of work. Yogo teachers and teachers verified by questionnaires and group interviews that the result of this study was relevant. We also found out the Yogo diagnosis of "probability situation of the existence of children's pain". And estimate the structure of Yogo diagnosis.

    前年度より引き続き、継続調査に承諾を得ている40名を対象とした。倫理的配慮として,対象者には調査の依頼・説明を文書で説明し同意を得た。また、プライバシーの保持、データは個人が特定されない形で扱うこと、研究参加への辞退はいつでも可能であること等を保証した。
    アンケート調査は、身体状況(体調、睡眠、気分)、支援内容・要望(精神的、経済的、家事等、情報、交流)、支援者(家族、友人、育児経験者、医療関係者)に関する質問項目で妊娠初期から産後12ヵ月の6時点(2年間)の調査が終了した。面接調査は、面接に承諾をえられた対象者に、妊娠期と産褥期の不安とコンフィデンスの視点にそって作成したインタビューガイドを用いて面接行った。
    調査結果から、妊娠初期から産後12ヵ月における身体状況は、有意の変化を認めた(p<0.05)。体調では妊娠初期、睡眠では産後1ヵ月で低下していた。経産婦では、初産婦に比べ体調と睡眠状況が低下していた。初産婦のほとんどが産後1ヵ月に、悲しい気持ちや不安を感じていた。経過を通して求める支援は、精神的サポートであった。そして家事等のサポートは妊娠初期と産後1ヵ月で受けたい支援であった。初産婦は、産後6ヵ月から交流の場を求める傾向であった。精神的支援者は夫であり、実母は産後1ヵ月に手段的支援を求めたい対象であった。面接調査結果から、何らかのサポートを得ている、自分の気持ちを受容している支援者がいる場合、育児に対して肯定的な感情を抱く局面がみられた。妊産褥婦への支援において、精神的サポートや夫の支援は経過を通じて要望が高かった。特に、初産婦よりも身体状況の悪い経産婦に対して手段的サポートが必要であった。初産婦では、産後1ヵ月では感情障害への支援が重要であり、その後、社会的支援への配慮が必要であることが明らかとなった。以上の調査結果は、日本看護科学学会第24回学術集会にて発表した。

    1.The reconfirmation of the structure of the disaster nursing support network : The ideal form of the disaster nursing support network was discussed, and it was reconfirmed that the disaster nursing support network was composed of "disaster nursing care activity support network" which supports nursing care activity in the disaster and "the disaster, nursing maintenance network" which supports it.
    2.The visualization of the disaster nursing support network : It was indicated that the understanding of the administration was important in order to materialize the disaster nursing support network. It was confirmed that for this indication, it visualized the result of this study how, and that it images the disaster nursing support network as measures.
    3.The preparation of the guideline of the disaster nursing : As a basis of the maintenance function of the network, the guideline of the disaster nursing was made. Chapter 1 is "outline of the disaster/disaster nursing". Chapter 2 is "preparation". Chapter 3 is "right after disaster (rescue operation within the 72 hours)". Chapter 4 is "rescue operation after disaster after the 72 hours". Chapter 5 is "rescue operation after disaster throughout the long term".

    1.Correction and renewal of "guideline of the disaster nursing" for communization of the role of the nursing in the disaster : Correction of "guideline of the disaster nursing" and renewal of the content were carried out for the purpose of the strengthening of the maintenance function of the network,. in order to improve knowledge and technology of disaster nursing of the nursing profession in the Kochi prefecture, and in order to share them.
    2.Rule make for the cooperation with the administration in disaster nursing care activity : The written agreement plan was proposed in order to regulate the cooperation system between administration arid disaster nursing support network. Following item approaches consist for the written agreement : the dispatch of the nursing profession, person, the medical rescue plan, the procedure of dispatch and request of the nursing profession person, the method of the dispatch of the nursing profession person, the dispatch of nursing profession person who is not based on the request, the supervision for the nursing profession person, the business of the nursing profession person, the supply of drugs, etc., the transportation of the nursing profession person, the compensation for health expenditure and cost, and the failure compensation for the person who was engaged in the medical rescue.

    This study is designed to look at and develop nursing care approaches for minor ailments suffered by pregnant women. We reviewed literature regarding minor troubles for two years from 1999 to 2000. We interviewed both pregnant women and midwives in Japan in 2000 and 2001 and in Vienna (Austria) in 2002 to make a questionnaire. The questionnaire was used to collect data on the present condition of minor troubles women had and midwives' advice and care regarding the troubles.
    The findings are as follows :
    1) The pregnant women had various symptoms of minor troubles beyond our expectation and they did not find an appropriate way they can cope with the symptoms. 2) The pregnant women wanted midwives to pay attention to the troubles they faced. 3) The midwives could not sufficiently draw the troubles from the pregnant women, because the midwives did not involve in the women's care during pregnancy taking enough time to talk to them. 4)Even if the midwives gave some support for the women, they could not evaluate the effect of their care because they did not have the opportunities to look back the care. This was because they could not involve with the women continuously. 5) We found that there were a lot of minor troubles we could not find the appropriate way to cope with.
    The implication for practice for midwives was as follows : 1) Paying attention to the symptoms women experienced, being in sympathy with their feelings. 2) Explaining physical phenomenon caused by pregnancy. 3) Doing a correct assessment to the symptoms women experience. 4)Respecting women, understanding the difference of individuality due to their culture and social context. 5) Expecting the troubles women face in each gestation period. 6) Working in cooperation with doctor and other co-medicals. 7) Establishing a system to deal with the troubles women face, such as making a brochure for minor troubles, setting the place women can talk together and exchange information, and setting a permanent midwifery clinic.
    As a future plan, we need to investigate the causes of minor troubles pregnant women had and develop a specific care plan so that pregnant women can live a comfortable life during pregnancy.
