    This research focused on developing the adaptive bitrate (ABR) technology to provide high quality and fair video streaming service in multi-user network. To this end, we have designed ABR methods considering the inter-user factors such as fairness, resource allocation to realize equal quality of experience (QoE) in multi-user networks. Through this research, we have proposed ABR models using flexible relaxation scheme, which was able to achieve fair, stable and efficient video streaming. Meanwhile, DASH live video streaming control model was developed using reinforcement learning method to realize high-QoE content delivery. Further, Annealing-based pilot allocation method was proposed to realize optimal pilot allocation and mitigate pilot contamination. The achievements of this research have been published in peer-reviewed flagship international conferences and top journals.
