    New York の短編小説家Lydia Davis（1947-）の"Southward Bound Reads Worstward Ho"(2007) は，Samuel Beckett（1906-89）を再話する（あるいは，再話している…再話しているんじゃないかと解釈できる）。 文質（intensity of sentence; sentence quality）―文の質度―というものがあるとして，あるとしてだが，そして，それが作家の比較に少しでも役にたつとするならばだが…，この二人は，とても似通っている。 そのことを，Davis の中の作家的Beckett 的要因としての類似として指摘するに終わるだけではなく，はたまた，Davis 自身のインタビューでの同様の同意を繰り返すだけでもなく，ここでは，re-edit のコンセプトを導入して，本論の試みの礎とし，'ベケットを読む女'としてのモチーフを展開する。

    本論文は、Sara Fanelliの絵本作品First Flightの英語教材としての可能性を示すことを目的としている。小学校での英語クラス、あるいは、広く児童英語の活動をする際に、First Flightが有益な教材となりうることを具体的に提案する。英語絵本は、これまで身近なものとして受け入れられてはきたが、絵本作品の中で使われている英語表現について、実質的なレベルで本格的に議論されることは少なかった。本論文は、そうした従来の英語教育の状況を踏まえ、英語絵本の教材としての可能性を探る一考察である。

    本論文は、ネオロジーの視点から児童詩（あるいは児童詩教育）を再考察するものである。考察にあたり、英語圏でのこどものために書かれた詩作品の分析をし、それを基盤にして、さらに、詩を創作するワークショップの形式を取り入れた（大学での）講義の実践例を紹介・検証しながら議論を進める。本論文により、大きな括りとしての〈児童文学〉というジャンルに、創造的教育のあり方の観点から新たな視座を提示することを目指している。The present study attempts to demonstrate the possibilities of applying the concept of 'Neology' to creative writing, in particular, to children's poetry. In this paper, creative writing of children's poetry will be explored and examined through the activities of a workshop among university students studying to become primary or preschool teachers. Discussion will aim to illustrate the significance of teaching/learning through poetry writing.
